Birzeit mosaic workshop was established in 2010 by the initiative of Mr. Ibrahim Iqtait accompanied by the encouragement of Al-Rozana association.
The vision of the workshop is to revive the art of Mosaic and to integrate its use within the modern palestinian community.
Objectives:
* Reviving the traditional Palestinian art of mosaic in its various types.
* Encouraging community awareness of this craft through workshops and other community wide events
* sponsoring training courses, to train professionals to keep the continuty of this traditional Palestinian heritage
The workshop also produces and renovates mosaic Floors, mortal walls, scenes in swimming pools, mosaic mirrors, mosaic tables, enlarged mosaic photos, and other creative ideas.
